The Fruit Ruffle Sheet Cake is a 24 × 34cm rectangular three-layer cake, approximately 14cm high, finished in smooth white or ivory buttercream with vintage piped swags, decorative borders and a full fruit-covered top.

Serves approximately 35–40 party portions or up to 50–54 traditional wedding portions, depending on the cutting method.   Fruit size, colour, quality and availability may vary. Maraschino cherries are thoroughly drained before placement, and stem length may vary by supplier.   Other seasonal fruits, speciality fruits and mixed-fruit combinations require a separate quotation. Request a quote for another seasonal fruit.   Choose either a standard flavour or a flavour upgrade.
