From cupcakes and birthday cakes to elegant multi-tier wedding cakes, Cape to Cake offers careful delivery throughout Cape Town and to selected destinations across the Western Cape.
Larger, heavier or structurally complex cakes can be transported in separate reinforced tiers and professionally assembled at your venue.

Whether you are ordering cupcakes, a birthday cake, a corporate order or a wedding cake, we will help you select the most suitable delivery option. Every order is packaged and handled according to its size, design and structural requirements.
Standard Cake Delivery
Suitable for cupcakes, cakesicles, cake pops, birthday cakes, corporate orders and smaller celebration cakes. Your order is carefully packaged and delivered during the confirmed delivery period.
Venue Delivery
Ideal for hotels, restaurants, private functions, estates and event venues. Access, parking, delivery times and the distance between the loading area and cake table should be confirmed beforehand.
Wedding Cake Setup
Recommended for tall, heavy, multi-tier or structurally complex cakes. The tiers may be transported separately, assembled at the venue and completed with the approved decorations.
When Is Cake Setup Required?
Venue setup may be required when a cake is exceptionally tall, heavy or structurally complex.
These cakes are transported in reinforced sections and assembled at the venue. This reduces movement during transport and helps ensure that the completed cake is stable, neat and ready for your celebration.
Setup requirements and any applicable setup fee will be confirmed before the order is finalised.
Setup may include:
- Transporting reinforced cake tiers separately
- Assembling and stacking the cake at the venue
- Completing approved finishing details
- Placing client- or florist-supplied flowers when arranged
- Final presentation and stability checks
Cake stands, MDF toppers, laser-cut decorations, fresh flowers and full event styling are not automatically included unless specifically listed in your product or quotation.
Approximate Delivery Pricing
Delivery fees are calculated from our Bellville premises and consider the distance, travel time and care required to transport your order safely. The final fee is confirmed at checkout or after your delivery address has been reviewed.
Long-Distance Wedding Delivery
Planning a wedding outside Cape Town? Cape to Cake may be able to deliver and set up selected wedding cakes beyond our regular 200 km delivery area.
Long-distance wedding delivery is generally considered for selected destinations up to approximately 275 km from Bellville. Exceptional journeys of approximately 300 km may be considered depending on the cake design, order value, venue access, delivery schedule and accommodation requirements.

Address and Route Confirmation
Some postcodes cover several different suburbs, and delivery may not be available to every area within the same postcode. Delivery remains subject to confirmation of the complete street address and route.
Farms, remote estates, gravel roads and venues outside the main town area must be reviewed before an order is placed.
