The Summer Orchard Semi-Naked Cake is a fresh and elegant celebration cake finished with a lightly frosted semi-naked buttercream effect and a generous mixed-fruit arrangement on top. Each cake is made with three cake layers and finishes at approximately 14cm high. A layer of chocolate ganache is applied beneath the buttercream for added stability and structure. The ganache type is matched to complement the selected cake flavour. The mixed-fruit arrangement may include strawberries, blueberries, blackberries, raspberries, seedless grapes and kiwi, depending on seasonal availability, quality and current market supply. Fruit varieties, colours and arrangement may vary from the displayed image while maintaining the same fresh, abundant style. Available sizes and estimated servings: • 15cm — approximately 10–12 servings • 20cm — approximately 20–25 servings • 25cm — approximately 30–40 servings • 30cm — approximately 45–55 servings • 35cm — approximately 60–75 servings Choose either one standard flavour or the Carrot Cake flavour upgrade. Available filling options are standard buttercream, Caramel Treat, Cream Cheese Frosting and Death by Chocolate. Other speciality fruit combinations must be quoted separately before ordering.
