Description

A beautifully presented round platter of freshly prepared, buttery mini croissants filled with your choice of savoury or sweet fillings. Each platter may include a mix of three filling varieties.

Platter Sizes

• Small Platter: 16 mini filled croissants; feeds approximately 6-8 people.
• Large Platter: 24 mini filled croissants; feeds approximately 10-12 people.

Savoury Non-Vegetarian Fillings

• Ham & Cheese: Sliced ham with melted cheddar or mozzarella and a light cream-cheese spread.
• Chicken Mayonnaise: Seasoned shredded chicken with creamy mayonnaise and black pepper.
• Chicken, Cheese & Pesto: Tender chicken with cheese and a light basil pesto spread.
• Bacon & Cheese: Crispy bacon with melted cheddar and a creamy cheese spread.
• Chicken & Mushroom: Seasoned chicken with sautéed mushrooms, garlic, herbs and cheese.
• Tuna Mayonnaise: Tuna with creamy mayonnaise, seasoning and optional finely chopped spring onion.
• Bacon, Caramelised Onion & Feta: Crispy bacon with sweet caramelised onion, feta and cream cheese.

Savoury Vegetarian Fillings

• Spinach & Feta: Spinach, feta, cream cheese, garlic and black pepper.
• Mushroom & Cheese: Sautéed mushrooms with onion, garlic, herbs and melted cheese.
• Cheese, Tomato & Pesto: Cheese with tomato, basil and a light pesto spread.
• Jalapeño Three-Cheese: Cream cheese, mozzarella and cheddar with finely chopped jalapeños.
• Caramelised Onion & Feta: Sweet caramelised onion with feta, cream cheese and herbs.
• Three-Cheese: Cream cheese, mozzarella and cheddar, with optional chives or spring onion.

Sweet Fillings

• Chocolate Ganache & Strawberry: Rich chocolate ganache with sliced fresh strawberries.
• Banana Caramel & Vanilla Cream: Sliced banana with caramel sauce and smooth vanilla cream.
• Strawberry & Vanilla Cream: Fresh strawberries with lightly sweetened vanilla cream.
• Chocolate Ganache & Banana: Rich chocolate ganache with sliced banana.
• Salted Caramel & Chocolate: Chocolate ganache with salted caramel.
• Lemon Curd & Vanilla Cream: Tangy lemon curd with smooth vanilla cream.
• Caramelised Apple & Cinnamon Cream: Spiced apple filling with cinnamon-flavoured cream.
• White Chocolate & Berry: White chocolate ganache with strawberry or mixed-berry filling.
