The bottom tier is finished with handcrafted wafer paper ruffles, creating soft vertical texture and movement. The top tier can be finished in smooth buttercream or covered in fondant for a cleaner, sharper finish. The rose and leaf styling shown on this product is included as part of the design. Colours can be adjusted to suit your event palette, with the classic version featuring deep red and black rose accents. All tiered cakes are reinforced with a layer of chocolate ganache beneath the buttercream for added structure and stability. Ganache type is matched to complement your chosen cake flavour.

Important Design Note

This cake includes wafer paper ruffle detailing on the bottom tier only. The top tier is intentionally kept smooth to balance the bold rose styling and textured bottom tier. Rose colours and styling can be adjusted to match your theme. Larger, fuller, fresh flower, or premium custom floral styling can be quoted separately.
