The Olive Grove Romance Wedding Cake is an elegant three-tier wedding cake finished in softly textured white buttercream and decorated in a romantic Mediterranean-inspired style. The complete fixed design includes Cape to Cake supplied olive branches, white roses, white chrysanthemums, fresh raspberries, fresh blueberries, dried orange slices and dried lemon slices. The floral, foliage and fruit arrangement is included in every size and cannot be removed or supplied by the client. Only correctly identified, unsprayed olive foliage is used. All flower and foliage stems are isolated from the cake with suitable food-safe barriers before placement. Decorative ingredients may vary slightly according to seasonal availability, size, colour and quality while maintaining the overall look and colour palette. Every tier is reinforced with a layer of chocolate ganache beneath the buttercream for added stability and structure. The ganache type is matched to complement the selected cake flavour. Internal cake boards and structural supports are included. Available sizes and estimated servings: • 10cm + 15cm + 20cm — approximately 35–45 servings • 15cm + 20cm + 25cm — approximately 70–85 servings • 15cm + 25cm + 30cm — approximately 105–125 servings • 20cm + 25cm + 30cm — approximately 130–150 servings • 25cm + 30cm + 35cm — approximately 190–220 servings Serving quantities are estimates and depend on portion size and cutting method. Cake toppers, wooden MDF pieces and laser-cut decorations are not included in the cake price and must be purchased separately. Cape to Cake does not supply cake stands. Wedding orders should ideally be finalised at least two months before the wedding date. Prices may be subject to annual increases due to changes in fuel and raw-goods costs.
