The Seasonal Fresh Harvest Cake is a clean and elegant 2-tier celebration cake finished in smooth buttercream. The cake is available without fruit from R1,500, or you can select one of the seasonal fruit decoration upgrades. Seasonal Fruit Upgrade Options Top and Middle Tier (+R300) Fresh seasonal fruit is arranged in neat clusters on top of the upper tier and along the middle tier ledge. Top, Middle Tier and Cake Board (+R450) Fresh seasonal fruit is arranged on top of the upper tier, along the middle tier ledge and neatly on the cake board. A larger cake board is included to accommodate the additional fruit. All fruit varieties, colours and arrangements are selected at Cape to Cake's discretion according to season, freshness, quality and supplier availability. The product image is a styling reference only. The final fruit selection may include strawberries, figs, kiwi, cherries, raspberries, blueberries or other suitable seasonal fruit. Requests for specific fruit may be noted, but exact varieties cannot be guaranteed. Premium or out-of-season fruit may require an additional quote. All tiered cakes are reinforced with a layer of chocolate ganache beneath the buttercream for added stability and structure. The ganache type is selected to complement the chosen cake flavour.
