The Fruit Ruffle Vintage Cake is a round three-layer cake, approximately 14cm high, finished in smooth white or ivory buttercream with vintage piped swags, decorative borders and a full fruit-covered top. Every cake has chocolate ganache beneath the buttercream for stability. The ganache type is matched to complement the selected cake flavour. Fruit options: • Fresh raspberries • Fresh blueberries • Stemmed maraschino cherries Serving estimates are shown in the selected size. Fruit size, colour, quality and availability may vary. Maraschino cherries are thoroughly drained before placement, and stem length may vary by supplier. Other seasonal fruits, speciality fruits and mixed-fruit combinations require a separate quotation. Request a quote for another seasonal fruit. Choose either a standard flavour or a flavour upgrade. Rainbow Cake is excluded from this three-layer design.
